Aethena Gynecology Associates is conveniently located in Fisher’s Landing. Aethena Gynecology opened in 2005 to provide women’s health services that include, but are not limited to gynecology, birth control, sterilization, incontinence, menopause, pre-pregnancy, heavy bleeding and pelvic floor disorders. Aethena Gynecology Associates specializes in women’s health and is committed to offering the most up-to-date technology and treatment options for their patients. This comprehensive gynecology clinic, which offers an extensive array of in-office procedures, is the culmination of years of experience by its two primary providers, Lynn Osmundsen, MD, FACOG

and Leslie Struxness, MD, FACOG.  Drs Osmundsen and Struxness are well known in the Vancouver area; both practiced previously as Obstetricians/Gynecologists at Southwest Washington Medical Center. In addition, they recently added Mary Elizabeth “Beth” Skrypzak, M.D., FACOG to the practice. Dr. Skrypzak has been a practicing OB/GYN in Washington State since 1992.

Drs Osmundsen and Struxness saw the growing need to address specialized women’s health issues, such as incontinence and pelvic floor disorders and decided to focus their practice on gynecology exclusively. Both doctors have become local experts in the area of female incontinence and pelvic floor reconstruction. They participate actively with a regional group of

healthcare providers sharing an interest in pelvic floor disorders. They were instrumental in helping to develop the robotic surgery program at Southwest Washington Medical Center.
